Welcome to the Climate Guard estimator program for windows and patio doors. Climate Guard is wholly owned by Logan Square Aluminum Supply, Inc. (Company). By using this Climate Guard program YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS CONDITIONS OF USE, LEGAL NOTICES, PRIVACY POLICY and all disclaimers and terms and conditions.
Company reserves the right to make changes to the estimator program and its Terms of Use and Legal Notices at any time. If you are dissatisfied with the estimator program, its content or Conditions of Use and Legal Notices, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the program.
Company grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Company. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, image stripping, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

By using the Climate Guard estimator, you expressly agree that use of the Climate Guard estimator is at your sole risk. The Climate Guard estimator is provided on an "AS IS" and "as available" basis. Neither Climate Guard nor its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries or designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, "Associates") warrant that use of the Climate Guard estimator will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither Climate Guard nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the Climate Guard estimator or the products or services offered for sale on the Climate Guard estimator. Further, Company makes no representation that content provided on the Climate Guard estimator is applicable to, or appropriate for use in, locations outside of the United States. Company and its Associates specifically disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by Company or its Associates shall create a warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Under no circumstances shall Company or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Climate Guard estimator, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the Climate Guard estimator that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of Company has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the Climate Guard estimator. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Product Display and Colors
Company has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of the products that appear on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Company reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Company will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Online prices generally match retail discount prices from the Climate Guard factory or Studio41 showroom location but may vary. Prices and offers are subject to change.
Climate Guard will match a documented lower total price from our competitors on the same available brand and model, excluding closeout or sale items at our sole discretion – online or at one of our store locations (now in the Chicagoland area in Illinois). We are committed to offering our customers fair, competitive prices for the products we sell. And, we will be there to provide customer service for you after the sale.

Note: Price matching applies to new, original manufacturer products that are not on sale or part of a promotion. Climate Guard reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, a total price match comparable to the documented offer presented from a competitor.

Climate Guard windows are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless due to Climate Guard error. A return authorization is required for any return. There are no additional terms for returns with Climate Guard.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Climate Guard reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order submission request to require changes. An order is accepted and confirmed when we have received customer approval and payment in full.
Order Limitations
We review each Climate Guard estimate that has been submitted from the estimator program to approve and order. A Climate Guard representative will follow up to confirm the order request and take payment before submitting to production. If an order requires modification for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address on file. Climate Guard products are made-to-order, so once an order is submitted to production no changes can be made and the purchased product cannot be returned.
Climate Guard may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Climate Guard estimator at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Company reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the this program at any time without prior notice.
Climate Guard collects personal information about you when you choose to create aa account, place an order, opt-in for our newsletter, or participate in a promotion that may be offered from time-to-time. Your information is private and securely maintained in our system. Company does not share, sell or rent customer information to another party. The information we collect is used to provide you quality service when doing business with Company online, over the phone, or in our stores.

No personal information is captured on our web site using cookies. We do use cookies to maintain online session information that helps us to provide a quality user experience while using the estimator program. If you choose to turn off the use of cookies on your web browser, you can still use the estimator; however, no use of cookies limits our ability to provide you with the best possible user experience.
You will receive periodic email newsletters from Climate Guard at the email address provided when you create an account. These newsletters will be informative and promotional, with the purpose of keeping you informed and up-to-date on product developments and special buying opportunities. The newsletter includes removal instructions and complies with Federal CAN-SPAM regulations for commercial e-mail distribution to our opt-in participants.
